We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Please keep in mind that Covid - 19 (Pandemics) effects Global Supply Chains. This may cause delay to the production, shipping, and delivery of your order.
Pre-Order purchases are shipped after we receive pre-ordered product in our facilities. Please refer to estimated delivery timeframe listed in product description and our F.A.Q. section
Additionally, please note if your package is lost by carrier, stolen, or confirmed as delivered by the carrier we will not be responsible for replacement of your order. Please follow up with carrier. Kool Image Dolls® is not able to complete claim forms on your behalf. We will try to help but are not liable for packages once they are out of our facilities.
ShipInsure is a premium package protection provider for Kool Image Dolls. When you add ShipInsure to your order, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, the ShipInsure team will review it, and they will get back to you within 24 hours.
If you have purchased ShipInsure Protection you will receive a confirmation email from them. You can also proceed to file a claim at ShipInsure Claim Bot – ShipInsure
Note: If your order does not have ShipInsure protection for your Kool Image Dolls order, please note if your package is lost by carrier, stolen, or confirmed as delivered by the carrier we will not be responsible for replacement of your order. Please follow up with carrier. Kool Image Dolls® is not able to complete claim forms on your behalf. We will try to help but are not liable for uninsured packages once they are out of our facilities.
How do I file a claim with ShipInsure if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged? If ShipInsure covers your order you should receive an email from us post-purchase. The email will contain your ShipInsure ID# (starting with SI). Simply go to our claims website here and provide your Email, ShipInsure ID#, Claim reason, and your Preferred resolution. And the ShipInsure team will review your claim and get back to you within 24 hours.
How does ShipInsure reimburse me?
Based on your preferred resolution we either reship the product or refund your money.
When do I have to file a claim?
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the tracking delivery date or estimated delivery date.
